Commitment of the management
BATICIC is recognised as a leader in the Algerian industry for metal construction and boiler making by the clients of the energy and industry sector.
Being aware of the external requirements (clients, competitors,standards) and of internal needs of management through quality, I myself put forward a continuous improvement step as a basis of the fundamental targets as follows :

Satisfaction and fidelity of our clients.
Conformity of products and services provided.
Improvement and development of our
     performances.
Reduction of costs for non quality.
Development and valorisation of competence of the personnel.

Certification of the company quality management system and its recognition on an international level based on ISO 9001 version 2000 without being an end in itself constitutes the main element of our dynamism policy for a continuous improvement, aiming at reaching progressively the total quality.
As Chairman and General manager of the Company, I commit myself to implement my quality policy to manage the necessary resources to this implementation and to the maintenance system of quality of the company.
I invite the whole staff to stick to this policy to meet the challenge in accordance with defined responsibilities.

BATICIC general management took some decisions enabling to :

Determine clients requirements
Respecting their requirements
Manage relationships with clients
Measuring the clients satisfaction

The marketing division implemented the following means :

A summary was prepared in connection to all necessary requirements of the product before the
elaboration of any commercial tender in compliance with to the procedure when dealing with an offer PRO.2.01.
A customer claim statement in compliance with the work instruction handling of the customer claim
INS.2.01.

The objectives of these provisions aim at listening permanently to clients, convert their needs intio requirements ,communicate them within the company, and increase satisfaction of our clients.

Quality policy
The elaboration and implementation of the quality policy was given a great attention within BATICIC General management.
Adapted to the company finality, it is now being assessed and periodically revised in case of need mainly on the occasion of department reviews.

The quality policy is communicated to the whole workers of the main office through :

Posting of the commitments of the general management.
Verbal explanations to the workers.
Periodic meetings with the supervisory staff.

Responsibility and hierarchy
The functions of BATICIC general management are identified in a chart agreed by the Chairman-general manager, and forwarded to the different central structures.
Each function card is materialised by a notice describing the heading of the job, responsibilities, conditions to access to the position and hierarchical relations.
Every agent at BATICIC general management now exactly the position in which he is.
